Guests may occasionally encounter seasonal insects, wildlife, natural outdoor sounds, and other characteristics typical of countryside properties in the Blue Ridge region. If you do encounter stink bugs or lady bugs, please do not smash them (they live up to their name!). We recommend using the vacuum or the provided dish-soap + water jars to collect and dispose of them easily. The indoor fireplace uses a carefully arranged log set. For safety and proper operation, please follow the instructions provided. Adjusting the logs incorrectly can affect performance or damage the unit.

This property was a 20/10! Justin was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to several different questions before we arrived. The property is beautiful and was great for a large family gathering!

The house was beautiful- love the big windows and beautiful surroundings. It was very clean and spacious . The 5 bedrooms were a plus for our family vacation. The pool was also a big asset and was enjoyed by all . Our Host was very professional and accommodating- If we had questions he was very quick to respond with a great answer. We will definitely love to come back next year. It was a little noisy with traffic sounds but the beautiful house and the gorgeous views more than made up for that.
